We aim to provide high-quality painting services. Refunds are handled fairly based on project status and circumstances.
Advance payments are used to arrange materials, labor, and logistics. Once work has started or materials are purchased, advance payments are non-refundable.
If a booking is canceled before any material purchase or work commencement, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
No refunds are provided once painting work has begun, except in rare cases of service failure.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, please report the issue immediately. We will attempt to resolve it through corrections or rework.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, color preference changes after approval, or delays caused by customer unavailability.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
